The project involved understanding opinions from across the industry, and re-visiting audiences over a period of time, to develop ground-breaking initiatives to drive profitable partnership solutions.
One single methodology was never going to yield the detailed results required by this project nor create a wave of enthusiasm and buy-in to the results. For example, incentives are not a great motivator to senior participants – they value being involved in a project that brings new knowledge and new perspectives.
As such, a combination of tried and tested techniques were combined with leading edge solutions.
This mix ensured that despite work commitments all the respondents were able to take part in one or more of the project stages.
The project culminated in an interactive conference event and workshops held at The Tate Modern Gallery, London.
Key insights and recommendations were presented alongside proposed solutions from other leading players with a vested interest including Google, HCP’s, pharmaceutical giants, and industry gurus.
The ROI for all those taking part was in amalgamating this Thought Leadership content for the benefit of all parties. Disseminated using social media, management summary reports, and bite-size video clips, the information became highly informative, digestible, and inspirational, to all parties.
